The Intent to Re-Enroll form is now available online. The deadline to complete this form will be Friday, Nov. 18. We ask that all parents complete this form (even if your student will NOT be returning) so that all students can be accounted for. Failure to complete the form by the deadline will result in the student's seat being given away during our lottery.
